Foothold Bivouac

Foothold Bivouac^[1] is a Tyrian Alliance encampment in southeast Starlit Weald, near the caves leading to Shipwreck Strand. It is inhabited by members of several different factions, including the Astral Ward, corsairs, Durmand Priory scholars, members of the charr legions, and Vigil soldiers.
