Lextalion the Merciless is a soul construct, similar to Gorseval the Multifarious.[1][2] Unlike other soul constructs, such as the titans forged in the Foundry of Failed Creations, Lextalion and Gorseval were formed naturally from vengeful souls, in Lextalion's case the souls of unworthy mursaat of Bava Nisos and the mursaat's victims whom Manikaz had sacrificed to the keystone on Mercia's orders.[3][4][5]

Protective Shadow (when defiance bar is unlocked) - The souls have channeled their strength, rending Lextalion invulnerable.
Shielding Fusion (when defiance bar is unlocked) - Gain 15% defiance damage reduction for every ghost devoured by Keystone's Vengeance.

- Harrowing Prison - Captures enemies within a spirit prison and summons a spirit. Applies
Obstructed Soul. - Haunting Echo - Unleashes a shockwave of ghostly energy.
- Keystone's Vengeance (at 75%, 50%, and 25% health) - Pulls enemies inwards then traps them under an impenetrable barrier and applies Obstructed Soul. Channels a devastating attack that defeats all enemies within if not interrupted. Consumes any spirits trapped within and gains 1 Shielding Fusion per spirit.
- Malefic Darkness - Expands areas of darkness and inflicts
Malefic Darkness to all caught within. - Spectral Impact - Smashes the ground, dealing impact damage to foes in front and underneath.
