“Gain affinity whenever you use a legend skill that costs energy. Gain additional affinity when using a legend skill that costs 25 energy or more or while you are channeling an upkeep skill. Each stack of affinity improves the effectiveness of Release Potential. Lose all affinity whenever you swap legends.

Affinity is a conduit-specific resource that improves the effects of Release Potential, the conduit's F2 profession mechanic skills.
Affinity is visually represented by a set of conduit's crowns appearing above the equipped revenant legend interface. As the conduit uses legend skills requiring energy, the bars will fill yellow to represent the number of active affinity stacks. The maximum number of stacks is 5. Affinity will not reset if you join/exit combat, though legend skills will only grant affinity while in combat.
