Motivation is a profession mechanic specific to the Paragon warrior elite specialization. It is represented by an icon to the right of the chants on the mechanic bar.
Motivation is gained by using Burst skills and triggering certain traits. It is then consumed by Refrain skills every second, pulsing out beneficial effects to the user and their allies.
